I’m Lok — a photographer, motorcyclist, lifelong learner, and someone resetting a version 2 of self
After spending over 27 years in retail, I reached a point where I knew I needed to pause and reset. Not because I failed, but because I wanted something better — better health, more family time, and a chance to reconnect with the passions I had quietly set aside.
Lensmanlok was born from that reset.
This space documents my journey of rebuilding life after 40 — through photography, motorcycling, learning digital marketing and Analytics, and showing up every day with curiosity and honesty. I’m not here as a guru or expert. I’m here as a student, sharing real experiences, lessons, mistakes, and small wins along the way.
Photography, especially sports and motorcycling, is where I feel most alive. It teaches me patience, timing, and storytelling — skills that translate directly into life and work. Motorcycling & Photography keeps me grounded, focused, and present.
Alongside this, I’m actively upskilling in Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, AI tools, and Project Management, while helping build Butter Sugar Dough through digital growth and hands-on experimentation. This website captures both the learning and the application — in real time.
If you’re rebuilding, rethinking, or just curious about what life’s second half can look like — you’re in the right place.
This is not a success story.
It’s a comeback in progress.
